Delete your Peakabu account
You can delete your account yourself at any time. It works the same for the PC app, Peakabu Mobile and the website, because they all use one account.
How
- Sign in on your account page (in the Peakabu Mobile app, tap Delete account on the home screen to get here).
- Scroll to Delete account, enter your password and tap Delete my account.
- You're signed out everywhere straight away. Your account is deleted 7 days later.
Changed your mind? Sign back in within those 7 days and the deletion is cancelled. Can't sign in? Email report@peakabu.app from any address with your username and we'll help.
What's deleted
- Your account: username, password and sign-ins
- Clips and photos you recorded, on PC and Peakabu Mobile, and comments on them
- Comments you wrote and Peak Moments you gave
- Mobile passes, event passes and Swing card sets (printed cards stop working)
- Monthly subscriptions are cancelled, so you stop being charged. A renewal that happens during the 7 days still goes through, so cancel first on your account page if you're close to a renewal date.
- Usage counters, such as AI Reel credits and daily Mobile minutes
What stays
- Sessions you hosted stay until they expire as usual, so your guests keep their clips. The host shows as "Deleted account".
- Stars you gave on a shared moment stay, without your name.
- Codes you redeemed stay as sales records, without your username.
- Records needed to enforce our Terms (such as a ban) and anything under a legal hold.
- Backups cycle out within 30 days.
